Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sheila N***** and my husband, Doug, and I have recently purchased unit 1**** in the Resort Conference Center. We are very impressed with how clean and well maintained the grounds at Gulf Shores Plantation are and with the friendliness of all of the staff members. We have been in contact with many employees of The Plantation and have been extremely impressed with two people in particular.

They are Joe Savage at Mandoki Real Estate and Shelley Causey in Rental Services.

Joe Savage has been so awesome to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Plantation Resort and the entire area. He has been a wealth of knowledge to us, especially because we are from out of state and not familiar with all of the local real estate practices. He offered much information, but never crossed the line of giving legal advice of any kind.

He always went out of his way to gather information for us and to provide the resources that we were in need of. Because the property we purchased was a foreclosure and the listing agent did less than his share of work, we had a rocky road to travel prior to getting to the closing table. Joe went out of his way to stay in communication with all parties involved and keep us informed every step of the way. (He maintained this level of service and professionalism all the while his dad was extremely ill.) We knew we could always count on him to help solve each problem that we came across. We continue to use him as a resource person and he has never let us down. The quality that he possesses that far exceeds all others is his reliability.

He has always given us factually correct answers and he has always replied promptly to any inquiry that we have had.
