BULLETIN: It was reported that over 1,000 people attended the auction of 30 new units at Crystal Shores Condominium on 5/3/2008. There were 396 registered bidders, and 44 units ultimately were sold by auction, ranging from $275,000 to $352,000. This demonstrates the pent-up demand for beach properties at reasonable prices. This demand has further manifested itself with over 20 sales here in the four condominiums in the Gulf Shores Plantation resort area just since the first of this year and by a marked increase in traffic and inquiries at my office.
