The Gulf Shores Plantation Area  (not to be confused with the Gulf Shores Plantation CONDOMINIUM) is located near the 8 Mile Marker on the Ft.Morgan Parkway (AL Hiway 180) and has four separate and unique condominiums and a PUD (cottages, duplexes) located within walking distance of one another and connected by low-traffic drives and walks.  The effective result:  a wonderful, family-oriented vacation destination. The Ft. Morgan Peninsula of Coastal Alabama still offers uncrowded white sand beaches, emerald green water and lazy summer days. Be as active or laid-back as you wish here on the coast!

Long a favorite spot with families, The Plantation condos offer 7 pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, putting green, kiddie pools,fitness center, basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, and horseshoes.  Further, right next door is award-winning Kiva Dunes  Golf Course...you can just walk right over with your clubs and play a challenging 18!

Grab a sandwich, slushy drink, boogie board or a STARBUCKS (c) Latte at the new CONNECTIONS Internet Bistro and Beach Store, within walking distance of all of the condos in the Plantation resort area.  Catch a challenging 18 holes at award-winning Kiva Dunes Golf Course RIGHT NEXT DOOR!  Go crabbing on Mobile Bay, right across the street!  Go deep sea fishing with one of the many area charter boats.

The Beach Club

A World-Class Destination Resort, The Beach Club consists of four separate and unique condominiums and a PUD all within walking distance of one another and connected by low-traffic drives and walkways.  The Beach Club is located at the 9 Mile Marker on the Ft. Morgan Parkway.  There are nearby (walking-distance) privately-owned amenities and shops which offer owners and guests a wide array of services and goods. From facials and massages at The Spa, to fine dining atThe Clubhouse Restaurant or casual fare at The Village Market and Grill, to flipflops and boogie-boards at The  Village Mercantile, to the Rubico (c) clay courts of The Racquet Club, once you leave the beach, you won't have to leave The Beach Club Area to make your vacation a complete success.  With 656 Condominium Units across the four condominiums, and 62(planned) Cottages, everyone can find something at The Beach Club.

One of the oldest subdivisions on Ft. Morgan, Surfside Shores is near the 7 Mile Marker on Hiway 180, just minutes from The Beach Club and other amenities on Ft. Morgan. It offers some of the largest lots this close to the beach. With lots averaging 100' x 200', you have almost a half-acre of privacy. Vacant lots are still available, and houses of various styles, sizes and age are also available. The neighborhood offers homeowners deeded access and use of the Gulf Beach, which is little more than a walk away from anywhere in Surfside.

 

A mature development, but still growing, Morgantown is located near the 6 Mile Marker on the Ft. Morgan Parkway (AL Hiway 180,) and offers grand homes and great views. Situated on a beautiful swath of Gulf of Mexico beach, and with a community pool and tennis courts, fun is available in many forms. Even many second and third-tier homes have ample views of the Gulf.

Ft. Morgan Townhomes harken back to a slower, less crowded era on Ft. Morgan.  This BEACHFRONT community is situated near the 2 Mile Marker on Ft. Morgan Parkway, across from a Marina, and rests just over some dunes and down at the beach. There is not one of the 25 units in this complex that is more than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Newly renovated with metal roofs and cementboard siding, these townhomes are truly beach hideaways.

 

The Caribbean-Inspired community of Martinique offers many single family homes, set in a bayou setting, as well as two low-rise condo buildings front and center at a beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beach.

The Peninsula offers the sense of living at a Private Club. Gated, with clubhouse, tennis and a wonderful golf course, you can find single family homes and condominiums in this upscale development near the 15 mile marker on Ft. Morgan Road


Enjoy a Mobile Bay front condominium at Navy Cove Harbor Condominiums. Located on Fort Morgan Road, these two and three bedroom condominiums are within walking distance to the historic Fort Morgan. Navy Cove Harbor is also just minutes away from some of the hottest fishing spots on the Gulf Coast. Amenities include a deep water boat basin and fish cleaning and pump out stations.

The Dunes Condos were completed in January of 2002 and have an indoor/outdoor swim thru pool. Approximately 1/3 of the pool is indoor with the remaining portion of the pool being outdoor. The Dunes Condos also have a fitness center, sauna & hot tub.

 

The Indies Condos were completed January of 2006 and have a heated pool, a game room, business center, and gym. Misting stations are located on the roof providing the perfect place to layout and soak up the sun while gazing at the Gulf. Both the Indies and Dunes condo buildings are set back from the Gulf approximately three-hundred yards.
