The Gulf Shores Plantation Resort Area (not to be confused with the Gulf Shores Plantation CONDOMINIUM) is located near the 8 Mile Marker on the Ft.Morgan Parkway (AL Hiway 180) and consists of four separate condominiums and a PUD (cottages, duplexes) all within walking distance of one another. The effective result: a wonderful, family-oriented destination resort. The Ft. Morgan Peninsula of Coastal Alabama still offers uncrowded white sand beaches, emerald green water and lazy summer days. Be as active or laid-back as you wish here on the coast! One of the oldest subdivisions on Ft. Morgan, Surfside Shores is near the 7 Mile Marker on Hiway 180, just minutes from The Beach Club and other amenities on Ft. Morgan. It offers some of the largest lots this close to the beach. With lots averaging 100' x 200', you have almost a half-acre of privacy. Vacant lots are still available, and houses of various styles, sizes and age are also available. The neighborhood offers homeowners deeded access and use of the Gulf Beach, which is little more than a walk away from anywhere in Surfside.
A mature development, but still growing, Morgantown is located near the 6 Mile Marker on the Ft. Morgan Parkway (AL Hiway 180,) and offers grand homes and great views. Situated on a beautiful swath of Gulf of Mexico beach, and with a community pool and tennis courts, fun is available in many forms. Even many second and third-tier homes have ample views of the Gulf.
Ft. Morgan Townhomes harken back to a slower, less crowded era on Ft. Morgan. This BEACHFRONT community is situated near the 2 Mile Marker on Ft. Morgan Parkway, across from a Marina, and rests just over some dunes and down at the beach. There is not one of the 25 units in this complex that is more than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Newly renovated with metal roofs and cementboard siding, these townhomes are truly beach hideaways.
The Caribbean-Inspired community of Martinique offers many single family homes, set in a bayou setting, as well as two low-rise condo buildings front and center at a beautiful Gulf of Mexico Beach.

The Dunes Condos were completed in January of 2002 and have an indoor/outdoor swim thru pool. Approximately 1/3 of the pool is indoor with the remaining portion of the pool being outdoor. The Dunes Condos also have a fitness center, sauna & hot tub.
The Indies Condos were completed January of 2006 and have a heated pool, a game room, business center, and gym. Misting stations are located on the roof providing the perfect place to layout and soak up the sun while gazing at the Gulf. Both the Indies and Dunes condo buildings are set back from the Gulf approximately three-hundred yards.
